A round of golf at Ulen Country Club presents a good test of every golfer’s abilities every time. The golf course plays fairly from four different tee distances and is well known for the superb condition of play it represents.
Our Ulen CC golfing members take great pride in our course and are expected to conduct themselves and their guests to the highest standards of the game. Bunkers are raked, ball marks are repaired and divots replaced with seed/sand provided at the pro shop to every player. Golfers are to always park their carts on designated paths besides every green and tee box. The safe operation of electric carts is paramount to player safety.
More than anything else, golf at Ulen Country Club is a true golfing experience with each hole creating a new challenge from tee to green, just as Bill Diddel envisioned close to 90 years ago.

A Brief History Of The Course
Ulen Country Club is an 18 hole private facility, originally conceived in 1924. Mr. William H. “Bill” Diddel of Indianapolis was hired as the course architect on February 22, 1923 and was responsible for the original layout, which remains mainly intact today.
Ulen CC is proud of its “claim to fame” as the first Bill Diddel designed facility as Mr. Diddel went on to design other well known area courses such as Meridian Hills, Highland and Hillcrest golf courses in Indianpolis as well as dozens of golf courses around Indiana.

The Ulen Country Club Pro Shop offers a variety of services along with our fully-stocked merchandise at a fantastic price for our Golfing Members. The Pro Shop has all the merchandise you can imagine, from golf clubs and golf balls to the latest trends in men’s and ladies’ apparel.
We are ready to assist you with brands from TaylorMade, Titleist, Nike, Adidas, Cleveland, Callaway, Cobra, FootJoy, and many others.
Besides the merchandise, our Pro Shop offers many other services for your golfing needs, such as professional golf lessons from our staff, driving range, club storage, club repair, unlimited season golf cart passes, Junior Golf Program, active ladies’ and men’s golf schedules.
